High temperature high pressure fly ash filter is mainly used for dust removal of syngas produced by gasifier.AT&M developed metal Fe3Al alloy products in 2006,which has excellent performance of high filtration accuracy, high flux, high strength, good regeneration properties, high temperature resistance ,corrosion resistance ,abrasion resistance,etc .Products are widely used in the Shell, U - gas and KBR technology devices,AT&M was the only one company which successfully got  authorized production license from Shell.

1) Product characteristics

Asymmetric composite structure, high filtration precision, high flux;
Filter material for Fe3Al high-temperature corrosion resistant alloys, 60 mm in diameter, length  up to 1500-2500mm;
Back pulse valve opening and closing time is less than 100 ms;
Using special software to analysis of the flow field, temperature field in the filter design;
Partition back pulse regenerative structure design to ensure that the filter is continuous and stable operation.

Filtration accuracy: 0.3 μm;
outlet dust content≤20ppm(After filtration );
Stability resistance : equipment operation temperature can reach 700 ℃;
Corrosion resistance: for under the environment of H2S content of 3% or less.
